Queenstown (Kelvin Heights)
Kelvin Heights golf course otherwise known as ‘Queenstown Golf Course’ was voted ‘New Zealand’s most scenic golf course’ and internationally considered as one of the world’s most picturesque. Kelvin Heights golf club is set amidst the ‘Remarkable’ range of mountains and surrounded by the crystal clear waters of Lake Wakatipu.
Jacks Point
A back drop of 2300 metres of the Remarkables mountain range with breathtaking and panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu. Jacks Point Golf course has one of the most spectacular golf courses in the world, an 18 hole par 72 championship course offering golfers of all calibre a very challenging and once in a lifetime experience, in particular for individuals and golfers living in Europe, Northern Hemisphere or other countries outside of Australasia.
The Hills
Michael Hills golf course is situated in Arrowtown which is also very well known for its gold mining history. Designed by Darby Partners the club opened in 2007 and hosted the NZ Open. A truly amazing course set in over five hundred acres across a beautiful glacial valley. The Hills golf club is home to an incredible variety of flora including native brown top grasses and wild mountain tussocks.
Millbrook Golf Course & Resort
Millbrook golf course and resort is also located in Arrowtown – a suburb with lots of history. The town is approximately 20 minutes drive from and sits along side Queenstown. Arrowtown is an exclusive suburb within New Zealand, most famous for its gold mining and its world class golf courses and clubs. Millbrook course is set in a breathtaking environment and the setting provides extraordinary photo opportunities so don’t forget to bring your camera. This championship golf course offers three superb nine hole courses, each named after local prominent landmarks including ‘The Remarkables’ mountain range, ‘The Arrow’ and ‘The Coronet Nine’.
Arrowtown
Another great golf course located in Arrowtown and again surrounded by beautiful mountains. This 18 hole golf course offers stunning views from each fairway. Quite simply an inspiring setting to play golf in.
Cromwell
Situated on the shores of Lake Dunstan – New Zealand newest lake, the Cromwell golf course is a fine example of the high standard of courses on offer in the beautiful Central Otago region. Cromwell is located less than an hour drive from Queenstown. The club completes what is one of the best cluster of golf courses in Australasia.
Wanaka
Wanaka golf course has eighteen holes surrounded by panoramic mountains, overlooking stunning Lake Wanaka. The course and club is nestled above Wanaka township and sits within the Queenstown-Lakes district. Another dream golfing destination approximately 1 hour drive across the Crown Range to the internationally holiday destination and ski resort of Queenstown.
